The programme includes training of computer education teachers and structured assessments for students enrolled under the initiative, and certification processes for enrolled students. The training modules are aligned with current industry requirements to support job-oriented skill development.
Smart classes and digital learning tools have also been introduced to enhance the quality of training and improve student engagement.
After completing the course, students receive the NIIT Foundation certification to support employment opportunities across India. In FY 2024–25, a total of 42 students (16 males and 26 females) completed the programme and gained key digital and professional skills.
Through continued focus on digital inclusion and skill development, TCI Foundation seeks to create sustainable livelihood opportunities and support the career progression of youth from underserved communities. TCI Foundation will focus on expanding access to quality digital education and improving employability among youth. The initiative aims to further strengthen infrastructure, upgrade learning technologies, and expand the reach of the Centre in the coming years.
